For DYCD Providers Only: Roundtable for Program Leaders

WPTI will facilitate a roundtable for managers of workforce programs to create a dialogue around best practices in supervising programs and staff. The roundtable discussion will allow colleagues to share with one another and learn new strategies from each other.

Upon completion, participants will:

• Obtain new ideas on recruiting and retaining staff;
• Hear from peers on successful strategies in building staff motivation and a culture of success; and
• Develop action plans to implement and improve their programs.
